Hope everyone had a nice Valentine’s Day.  Before we turn around it will be March.  Is anyone in the mood for Corned Beef, yet? November and December are such busy months. We are preparing meals, shopping, trying to make people smile with food and presents. Shopping for Christmas can be tedious especially when you are impatient and have trouble waiting.  This Christmas I thought I would use my time wisely and make the waiting in line seem shorter.
