Spring is Just Around the Corner

We’ve had a few nice days mixed in with this crazy weather.  So many people have fallen on the ice, myself included.  As the weather gets nicer, we are going to be wearing less clothes and will want to lose weight.  Fresh sautéed vegetables, such as mushrooms, onions, peppers, zucchini, eggplant, garlic (in a drop of olive oil) on a grilled chicken breast can make it taste great.  In fact, why don’t you put it on a tortilla and make a wrap.  Don’t forget the avocado.  If you have extra veggies, you can whip up eggs to make an omelet for the next morning.  Add avocado to your wrap and Parmesan cheese to your omelet.  Woohoo!
